What is RRB JE?
RRB is a central government recruitment agency under the Ministry of Railways. The full form of RRB – Railway Recruitment Board, formerly it was known as Railway Recruitment Commission. RRB is responsible for recruiting Group C and Group D non-gazetted posts.
RRB JE stands for – Railway Recruitment Board, Junior Engineer. RRB JE is a famous central government exam conducted to recruit candidates for the posts of engineering disciplines such as Junior Engineers in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Signal & Telecommunication and Traffic Transportation. The RRB JE recruitment is a process to recruit JE (Junior Engineer), CMA (Chemical & Metallurgical Assistant) and Depot Material Superintendent (DMS). RRB JE is a famous government job with a lucrative pay scale suitable for engineers. Candidates will be selected for the posts by taking the RRB JE 2022 exam. The selection for the RRB JE 2022 will be made through a computer-based test (CBT) held in 2 stages, followed by document verification.
RRB JE exam consists of 150 objective type questions that are to be completed in 120 minutes. The exam is basically based on Technical Ability, Arithmetic, General Awareness, General Intelligence, and Reasoning.

RRB JE Eligibility: Age Limit
Candidates must fulfill the referred age limit criteria to apply for the post of RRB JE.As on 1st January 2022, the applicant should not be less than 18 years and should not be more than 33 years of age for the purpose of this exam There is age relaxation for Reserved Category candidates. RRB JE age limit 2022 is not fixed for all categories, there are also age relaxations provided to candidates belonging to different categories as mentioned below.

RRB JE Eligibility: Educational Qualification
A candidate must have 3 years Engineering Diploma from a recognised University/institute in any one of the subjects – Mechanical/Production Die Making/Mechatronics/ Industrial/Engineering/Electrical/Electronics/Manufacturing/Tools &/Automobile/Instrumentation & Control/Tools & Machining/Civil Engineering

RRB JE Eligibility: Nationality
The eligibility for RRB JE exam is that a candidate must be an Indian nationality or a citizen of India, Nepal, Bhutan, Tibet, etc.
List of Documents Required For RRB JE 2022:
ü Passport size photograph in JPEG format having 35mm X 45 mm measurement and the size should be no more than 240 KB.
ü Photo ID: Aadhar Card or Pan Card in JPEG format. Size must not exceed 500 KB.
ü Educational Qualification Certificates: Marksheets of class 10th, 12th, and graduation.
ü Signature: JPEG format with 80 mm to 35mm measurement and size not exceeding 240 KB.
